Who
owns the 'House of Brutus?'
The House of Brutus is an independently-operated
private restaurant, which was conceived and
developed in Guam, by Kaz Endo. The restaurant's
ownership is comprised of various shareholders
and is part of a larger privately-held corporation.
The restaurant is managed by General Manager
Sam Arce and the kitchen is led by Head Chef
Adrian Ishmael.
Why 'House of
Brutus?'
Names are tricky things indeed. Why name the
establishment the House of Brutus? Why not?
Of course there is a story behind every name,
and the House of Brutus is no exception. Check
out our menu when you go to our restaurant
— there's a story there ...
Is
'Brutus' the same person as in the story of
Julius Caesar?
The Brutus that most people mistake 'our'
Brutus for is the infamous Marcus Brutus,
the Roman politician and warrior that killed
Julius Ceasar. Our fellow is a distant cousin
of Marcus, his full name is Maximus Brutus.
But they both belong to the same House of
Brutus ... are you confused yet?
Are
you planning to expand the 'House of Brutus?'
Yes and no. If the question is to expand the
current location (ITC building, Tamuning),
the answer is no. If the question is whether
we will pursue other locations both on and
off island, the answer is yes. Visit our website

keep hearing rumors of the 'House of Bruno'
...
All we can say is, watch out for rumors! Now,
how you interpret what we just said, is up
to you! The only thing we are going to reveal
at this point is to say Bruno is the older
cousin of Brutus.
