Can
I make reservations @ Brutus?
Yes, despite many restaurants moving away
from this service (mostly due to 'no-shows'),
HOB still believes reservations to be a vital
restaurant service. With that said, our policy
for reservations calls for automatic cancellation
if no one from your party arrives at the designated
time. A grace period of 10 minutes will be
given to the respective reservation. To avoid
automatic cancellation, please be sure to
communicate with us if you or your party are
running late. Make
an online reservation now!
Where are you
located?
The House of Brutus, is located conveniently
in the heart of Tamuning, Guam's business
district. HOB is easy to find, and there are
plenty of parking throughout the day and into
the night. HOB is located on the ground floor
of the ITC building, across the Tamuning Post
Office. If you are not from the island or
are new to it, please feel free to give us
a call and we'll be more than happy to assist
you.
Can
customer's order menu items to go?
Yes, everything on our menu except for alcoholic-beverage
are available for take-out. With this said,
there are certain foods on our menu that are
best experienced 'in-house'. Be sure to inquire
with your waiter or person of contact if a
specific item is recommended for take-out.
Customers are urged to at least call 15 minutes
before picking up. Upon completion of taking
your order, your name, telephone number and
credit card information will be required to
process your order. If you do not have a credit
card, your billing address will be required.
Does
Brutus cater
food for parties?
Yes, we can prepare special parties for you
to be held at the restaurant. If you prefer
to have us cater your food (to be consumed
outside of our restaurant), at a different
location, all food items will be packed as
'to-go' items and a 15% service fee will be
added to your total bill. For custom menu
selections, please contact our General Manager,
Ruben Mortera.
Does
Brutus have WiFi and if so, how much does
it cost me?
Yes, we provide connection to the internet
via high-speed broadband DSL powered by GTA.
At this time, connection to the internet is
complimentary to our customers. You must have
a WiFi capable device such as a laptop or
PDA. WiFi works with any Windows or Macintosh
computer with WiFi connectivity hardware installed.
Hours
of Operation?
HOB is open 7-days a week with various opening
and closing hours. Sun: 8AM-10PM, Mon-Tues:
7AM-10PM, Wed-Thu 7AM-12AM, Fri: 7AM-2AM,
Sat: 8AM-2AM. Breakfast is served daily, from
opening to 10AM. Lunch is served daily from
11AM to 3PM (select lunch menu offered from
3PM-5PM), and Dinner is served daily from
6PM-10PM (Fondue served until midnight every
Wednesday). Beverages and desserts are served
from opening to 10PM daily. Hours may be affected
with holidays and special parties, please
